To you perhaps - put your boots on the ground in Africa and take Morriss with you, then put your remarks in a deeper perspective than Political Philosophy in the Abstract 101. That's what you have to do to achieve something in Africa. The rest is just for dilettantes. Who may or not be trivial or ineffective in a context that may or may not apply depending on the assumptions you may or may not have in the abstract or less abstract or partially abstract intellectual constructions that matter in academia and the letters to the editor page.
