I think Buddy is trying to make a point that GWB was worse....no matter than who (BDS, you know).... Actually, unless there is a National interest involved, there is no American President that can do much about waring tribes..... Many Africans, and many tribes in the ME as well, have been at war against their fellow citizens for centuries.... I wish that was not so, but maybe the anti-war folks can go down to Africa and fix the centuries old problem. Those who do that probably had better have a will leaving anything they own to their kin. There seems to be a pretty good chance they will not be returning. Especially if the do gooders go down to Africa with no guns, and just their good positive attitudes.... Maybe Jimmy Carter will lead the pack.
