Edwards is a good man we should be proud to have running.
Kerry will be announcing at a later date. He is in no big hurry. He has 14 million in the campaign war-chest. Edwards is still in debt from 2004 and has to get to work fundraising.

If my prediction that the Dems will nominate a white male comes true, and if Gore does not run, we may see a repeat of 2004, but this time the final outcome will be different.

The GOP cannot beat any strong Dem candidate this time around. Bush won in 2004 by cheating, lying and covering up many of his failures. All that is exposed now. Meanwhile the issues the Kerry campaign hit on in 2004 have all come true and ben proven gravely important, the whole atack on the middleclass plus the deceit involving Bush's supposed "war on terror" which has only helped terrorists.

Finally, if Kerry were to be nominated again, he would be smear-proof. McCain has already called everything the smearvets claimed "dishonest and dishonorable" and has called one of their leaders "the most despicable human being I have ever had the misfortune of meeting". So McCain, who was smeared with lies himself, cannot and will not smear Kerry.
