The CIA and Bush-Reagan's iran-Contra bunch ruined the DEA's sting opertion against Pablo Escobar just to lioe to the American people that the Sandinistas were running drugs. In fact, though the Sandinistas may have had a minor drug-runnijng operation, it was Bush-North's Contra pals who who were much bigger drug-runners, and arms runners to Iran. Similarly, Saddam Hussein was an ally before Bush invaded. Two Bushes now. And the BCCI Bank which Kerry took down was not only the landromat of terrorist money but also of Bush's black ops pals. Again, dark irony smacks us. Plus the Bush family has for decades been in business with the Bin Laden family. In fact GW Bush's first investor was a Bin laden. Kerry is one of the most feared and respected investigators of government corruption there is, and the Bush family in particular has a lot to fear from him. If Kerry becomes presdient, or maybe even if he doesn't, he will lead an investigation into the crimes of Big Oil which is at the very heart of Bushie power and corruption. GW Bush smeared Kerry with lies in 2004, but Kerry only tells the truth. In the Bush family's case the truth is damning. "Kerry and the George H. W. Bush administration On November 15, 1988, at a businessmen's breakfast in East Lynn, Massachusetts, Kerry made a joke about President-elect George H.W. Bush and his running mate, saying "if Bush is shot, the Secret Service has orders to shoot Dan Quayle." He apologized the following day. During their investigation of Noriega, Kerry's staff found reason to believe that the Pakistan-based Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI) had facilitated Noriega's drug trafficking and money laundering. This led to a separate inquiry into BCCI, and as a result, banking regulators shut down BCCI in 1991. In December 1992, Kerry and Senator Hank Brown, a Republican from Colorado, released The BCCI Affair, a report on the BCCI scandal. The report showed that the bank was crooked and was working with terrorists, including Abu Nidal. It blasted the Department of Justice, the Department of the Treasury, the Customs Service, the Federal Reserve Bank, as well as influential lobbyists and the CIA. [28] Kerry was criticized by some Democrats for having pursued his own party members, including former Secretary of Defense Clark Clifford, although Republicans said he should have pressed against some Democrats even harder. The BCCI scandal was later turned over to the Manhattan District Attorney's office [29].
