For an example, someone leaves water lying in the middle of the floor and someone else comes along and slips and breaks an arm. I see the person leaving the water on the floor as partly responsible. You probably do not.


That's not a good metaphor for what's happening in Iraq. Iraqis are intentionally killing each other, not accidentally dying due to something Bush left lying around.

A closer example is be if someone leaves a knife lying around a kitchen, and two people enter the kitchen, and one grabs the knife and kills the other. I don't blame the person who left the knife lying around, I blame the killer.

However, whether we agree or not, the world view is that Bush is responsible and that there is a relationship between the Bush invasion and the current violence in Iraq.

That's your world view....
