Edwards will take a lot of support from Obama. He too is a fresh-faced, attractive, young, one term senator type with no foreign policy experience, but he has a huge advantage. He's white and therefore electable in crucial white swing districts.

I see Edwards and Obama both as potential VP candidates only, though I expect both will be very popular during the early months leading up to the primaries, just as Howard Dean was.

Next big deals will be whether Hillary and/or Obama actually run.
