What? Nothing else? Surely there is some gadolinium or dyprosium on the property. And of course, any company worth its salt these days is looking for uranium.

Actually, this does look like an interesting spec. I am currently looking at CNS.V, which is developing some oil fields in Assam, not too far away from Uttaranchal.
