With all the casualties the USA is suffering in Iraq, it would surprise me if they don't look upstream to see where the problems are coming from and deal with them at their source. I'm sure they have done. They aren't coming from me, probably not you, doubtfully Hu Jintao, almost certainly not North Korea or Japan. Surely not Luxembourg or Liberia.

I'd wonder about Iran and Syria.
