I tried at one point to buy SMM and did not get an execution, but may take another look. I am keeping my COS.UN indefinitely; the income is very good and promises to get better, dishonest Canadian Prime Ministers notwithstanding. I wish I had cleared out of all my other trusts, but still hold AOG.UN, also for the income. The whole tax situation is still not clear to me. I keep discovering new features on the Prius. Every detail seems to have had the attention of some specialized engineer. I only learned yesterday to touch the button on the GPS screen so that the cursor showing the car's position always moves upwards; am still unclear on details of programming the thing. Sometimes it starts directing me to the beach when I don't want to go to the beach. Hope to get better mpg in summer. I do take short trips--about 2 miles to my office, for example--and it hardly gets warmed up. Even then, however, it uses only half the gasoline of our Camry, which is itself quite an economical vehicle.
