Can Bush attack Iran and Syria...by himself? If not, will Congress come in on this? Since the American Public by a 3-to-1 margin doesn't even support the current war, how in the world can Bush expand the war by himself?

What is set up in the US so that he could do this?

What a curious situation. It's hard to believe that the US is actually a country of laws if this kind of thing is possible in a democracy, even a representative democracy. At this point, who the heck is Bush representing and does the general public understand that he's back to openly representing his 'base' and no one else.
