Joe Scarborough calls Bush "delusional", "living in a bubble", "isolated", "ignoring all advice", "a failed president", "thinking only of himself" -- this from a noted very credible. GOP ex congressman who supported Bush in both elections. Scarborough has a particular problem with Bush being AWOL before, during and after Katrina in terms of doing his job to defend the American People. Even today, the post-Katrina landscape is a disaster zone and over a billion dollars has been stolen through outright fraud and corruption.
