You would have loved living in Chile with Pinochet, the USSR with Stalin and China with Mao. <Of course that giving the slightest hint that you have trampled the non written rules measn certain punishment. This may be a nuisance to one or two. But it is the best solution for the overall majority of responsible people. People enjoy the fruits of non-democracy. I can't think of one such country where people chose to go to escape from NZ, USA, Japan, France Norway etc. A few curious adventurers always go to anywhere, but I mean general flow.
