It did show a Saucer Bottom and then made a Handle .. But the Handle Broke Before 2005 with a Declining Double Top.. Or if you will a Failure to Produce the Complete Handle and Break Out. Then it subsquently moved into a Bull Flag with a Big Long Down Trending Channel. It could have been an Ending Diagonal until it made the last Underthrow of the Lower DT Line.
