It only took two TAC shareholders to kill the deal. These guys are talking to one another.

If the warrants of a blank check company that has scheduled a vote to approve an acquisition are selling at a discount, the deal is probably not going to be approved.

..if the holders of 4,400,000 or more shares of common stock issued in TAC’s IPO vote against the merger proposal and demand conversion of their shares, TAC will not consummate the merger.
