I can assure you of no motion sickness aboard the Delta Queen. A few years ago I cruised down the Miss and up the Ohio on the American Queen. There is almost no sensation of movement. It's as if you're stationery and the scenery glides past you at a brisk 7 mph. The only time you feel any movement is through one of the locks and the boat might bump a side. I might add, that was one of the most enjoyable weeks I've ever spent.
