Apple admitted that it faked a board meeting

Please point out that passage in today's SEC filing. I missed it and simply can't seem to be able to find it. Here is the filing for your ease of searching:

Maybe you can enlist some of your MSFT VP neighbors, if you have trouble finding the passage. I'm sure they'll be more than happy to help.
