Meanwhile, as far as the LAW and the MARKET are concerned, THE CASE IS CLOSED. Period. No matter how unhappy that may make you and the shorts. Well, I certainly hope that your reading of the market and the law is better than your reading of my position with respect to Apple. I am long January options so I will be more than happy if the matter is put behind them. I wonder how many people would have the same position if the company under the options scrutiny was MSFT instead of Apple? Slacker
