Than ks! My son has satellite tv, so I'll check to see if he can record it.

I am quite upset with Charter.

About 3 weeks ago we upgraded to a DVR. It's been excellent, until recently, when the channel directory dropped. I can no longer search for and select shows to record.

I called tech support and got some song and dance that in my area they are "converting over" the channel guide. It might take 4-5 days.

Huh? This is how they treat their customers? Sorry bud, I know you're paying extra for this service, and I know it sucks, but nothing we can do...

That is nonsensical to me.

If they don't get this straightened out, I shall be looking into Dish satellite.
