Bulba,

Can I please re-enter? I keep fiddling with this darn thing and think only way to win is to have more extreme weights. I have therefore eliminated and now re-added ENCY (I think they have an NBIX flaw in application but do think European sales alone warrant current price but am just too irritated with their silly CEO (as if GILD has not discovered the issues - right!! - and I can sell you the Brooklyn Bridge!)). I also drop PPCO as the only reason I put it there was to be different and last year's low teens finish counted on growing revenues of more mature companies. This year I now only have NKTR (and perhaps IDIX) in that camp. Oh yeah, and someone also pointed out to me I ought to rethink the PPCO pick.

I also drop ACAD and EXEL as I think they have good pipes but that has been case for few years and why is this year the catalyst? I add RNVS at well less than cash - probably at contest-end cash levels. Probably cannot win contest for me but I have found those stocks trading at silly values sometimes move for no reason (now conflicting with what I said about EXEL and ACAD but oh well). The one 5% weighting stock cannot likely impact the portfolio movement (unless they do a DOVP on me like one of last year's 5%ers) but are there again to be different and because I think there is a small chance something happens. VVUS most likely fits in a camp with stocks like EMIS and SCLN and the old ICN which will never ever move too far from where they are now but what the heck?

I dropped RPRX because I don't want big movers there as trends can reverse, especially in a year. Lastly, I leave out my old fave SEPR again. It is currently in a consolidation flag pattern at new highs for the year which usually results in a move higher. And it likely gets taken out for $75-80 this year but it fits in camp of stocks growing revs which I am mostly avoiding this year. And my confidence level is low. And it defeats this year's theme of stocks well off their highs - all of them. Great trading stock though.

Jon

Donation just made - should have doubled it for my near last finish! Thanks guys. I may have to enter in my favorite shorts as long picks to do better this year.
