There were legal bio sales made to Universities in Iraq for "research". It was later learned that they used it for weapons. That is how the transactions transpired between labs in the US and Iraq Universities.

Nice try. However, its much more direct that you are suggesting. There is a congressional hearing that lists item after WMD item that Reagan administration gave to Saddam or facilitated giving to Saddam. Only the right-in-denial still question those facts. Are you in denial tonto?
