Using your logic regarding Iraq EC, i.e. preemptive invasion out of fear of some country selling or transferring nuclear weapons we should invade about 20 countries; and the least of those would be Iraq!! I would put pakistan first, iran, North Korea, etc. Iraq at about 20th-lol. Sadam was a secular despot who killed all "terrorists" as they were a threat to his authoritative rule. He killed all clerics who posed a threat. The 9/11 guys came from and were created by the wahabi sect funded by Saudi Arabia --- bush's buddies.
