I hesitate to say all, but many of these things can be explained by glitches in the brain. One important mechanism is where the brain maps your body into the world your senses perceive. It can glitch in a number of ways. For example, a part of the brain can be stimulated and you will have an out of body experience. Another, and you feel that someone is staring over your shoulder.
