Funny how the MSM and the Dems forget this part.... After that war was when he started killing the Kurds and Shia, invaded Kuwait and ignored the UN sanctions. If you remember, President Bush gave him an out before the war. Gave him a week to gather up his $ billions and the two kids and head out to whatever country would take him.
