Correction after finding my notes this morning - I spoke with Ammerman by phone and reported my conversation. I spoke with the person ID'd as Petar Wolfe on the phone and reported my conversation. I had no personal knowledge that he was Petar Vucicicevich although I now do believe they are one and the same. I called Stephen Sulja when he was named CEO but he would not speak to me. I got no information other than his name. I tried calling the Petar V name several times but was unable to get through as previously reported. My conversation with Wolfe left me with a feeling to sell even though the stock was at .002's area. He practically dared me to sell. He would not answer questions and he would not listen to my typical spiel. My conversations with managements, as I often post is more to convince them to be "shareholder friendly" than to gather information. I repeatedly told him my beliefs that dilution and dumping of shares is the prime reason for losing any strong shareholder base. He basically said that he had his own success stories and that I was free to sell and that I should sell if I had any doubts about his responses to my statements. I expressed my reservations about the company on the message boards many times. I never spoke with the others. I don't know who Mark Treich is. I was told by both Ammerman and Wolfe that deVries was no longer involved in the company. I tried calling to confirm but never got through. I never met anyone in person, nor did I ever try. Now, I've answered your questions in detail. Why are you avoiding my questions? What is the relationship between DetroitLarry0 and Andrew deVries? You have cited my post but only part of it. You were upset when I did that to you. Please respond to the balance of my post. Now what about you - DetroitLarry0? You were in the same area and you have dedicated your life to this company. Did they pay you? Was there a problem with payment? Is that why you became a basher? You may want to ask this person if he met with DeVries. He has a blog that discusses DeVries. Given your logic, what is the relationship with this person and deVries? Roberto Gonzalez Villasenor, Jr. (CRD #1031313, Registered Representative, New York, New York) submitted an Offer of Settlement pursuant to which he was fined $5,000 and suspended from association with any NASD member in any capacity for 30 business days.
