Sheriff Tuck,
I have no problem making any required changes in my portfolio. I have always operated on the assumption that the contest was based on the companies having to get FDA approval for their "product". In a previous year I even had VASC as one of my selections, and last year and again this year IJ has STXS. STXS is in the same category as HNSN.

I have no problem coming up with new entries, but a decision is needed ASAP. I don't own any personal shares in MELA or HNSN, but do own a few of VASC.

Sincerely,
Deputy Barney Fife

Tuck and other Contestants:
I certainly don't want to make the final decisions re: stock pick legitimacy. But I do think we need to go by tradition and general consensus.
FWIW, I'm Ok with medical device companies and low priced issues (I picked a penny stock myself) but agree WPIVF does not appear to qualify.

Deloitte labeled Westport Innovations in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry on the list that I have printed. Please replace it with the next company on the list is Neurocrine Biosciences NBIX.
