Wage and price controls have ALREADY been tried, by that Republican "totalitarian", Richard M. Nixon! econreview.com I'd rather just see a maximum wage. With sports, I like the way the NFL does it.....set a number on salaries for each team and then the team decides how those salaries are parceled out. The way things stand now in baseball, its harder for the smaller clubs to compete with the wealthier ones. I get tired of always seeing the Yankees and the Red Sox in the playoffs.
