bgl.v - Bandera is one i've missed, looked at it last winter and passed, duh -g- ... did fine with ggc and mmg/g and later aun/ktn/dib/spm/ipm/etc but bgl 52wk percentage return blows them all away ... well aun.v gave about the same, for those who were in it early enough, like jackjc

Nah, like everybody else i miss most of what's going on, nobody can follow the whole market to any meaningful depth ... and what i don't miss i get too much of the rest wrong ... example, lbe.v, bought a few just after starting in on bmc.v, ended up buying over seven times as much bmc by dollar value .... now, lbe has tripled, that's nice, but half the gain goes to cover the underwater situation on Brilliant, aargh ... bad choice, no nobody should listen to me, outside the times i get lucky and right

sgm.v - one thing about that dog, the friday it closed high on that spike it made me feel so rich and about-to-get-richer, you know the feeling eh, so i happen to be in town getting lumber or something after the market, saw this excellent hammerdrill/driver, quite expensive, big industrial 28-volt one, they don't give those things away, i can buy wholesale but still, not a price i'd normally pay ... well Sutter had put this glow all over me, and little knowing how temporary that would be, i bought the damn thing, and have never been sorry, it works so well, now i pack it all over the ranch with a pocket full of screws, looking for one piece of wood to screw to another ... gawd help the sawmill who gets any of the fenceline timber around here, lol ... anyway that thought is directly related to sgm, you can see how far that is from the Scientific Method

Yes we should do well this year, TSL's thread will be part of it, u-stocks are going nuts and they for sure will have sharp selloffs, likely temporary and brief ones though for a while ... it may be coming time for some action out of gold, too, silver even more so ... mexican silver-zincs or zinc-silvers like mmg should have some moves, they better, i've got over half the pf in them .... no contest this year, that's too bad ... it's a lot of work for guys who run them, especially when they do it as well as Bob J

Remember koan and EC et al talking about left and right sides of the brain? ... it really is amazing that we can recognise a piece of music in a flash, less than a second of one note - nytimes.com

... probably not that hard to reconcile with the concept of The Lone Fruit State - Message 23145183
