Good words to take into this new year. All the discussion about quitting cigarettes has caused me to ask myself if I'm drinking too much. Not sure what "too much" really is. I enjoy a few drinks every late afternoon into early evening. When I know my day is done, I celebrate that with a drink. So "learn", "health" and "honesty" are words that cause me to examine myself.

I quit smoking over 45 years ago and never even think about it anymore. I suppose I could quit drinking, if I decided to...
