Can you even imagine how badly poster boy kerry would have been for the country? If Democrats can't do any better than John, they are destined to lose again. Maybe his loser for Veep can be the next big loser. "some actually believe if we quit using oil and abandon Israel, the radical Muslims will leave us alone." If you were joking it would be funny, but given that some people are so easily manipulated by the partisan press that they might believe it, it is a very scary thing. "At least Obama and Hillary say they support Israel. That must really confound them." Democrats treat Jews like they do blacks. They give them a few crumbs and tell them that it is a better meal than they would get in the Republican party. Jews are defecting from the democrat party as they examine the costs of association with a group that would pitch them overboard to buy a few years of truce. Blacks are starting to realize that while Republicans are not offering any free meals, the meals they will be able to afford in a free market that they choose to participate in will be better than what they can get with food stamps; this scares democrats more than anything right now. The teachers' union has veto rights over the party platform. They are working towards pure socialized education. After education they want to destroy medicine next.
