I do believe that the US military briefers (backed by M.I. analysis) had no reason to be lying when they publicly said what they said about the Saudi and Gulf Sunni massive financial resupply effort running to the Iraqi Sunnis.

And, it's no secret that Iraq is AWASH in munitions... with abandoned dumps all over the place.
