We will have our deflation......that is a given.

After this top coming, every rally top will be lower.

Bottom 2008, top 2010 (lower top), bottom 2011, top 2013 (lower top).

Why I believe a big deflation and whole different lifestyle lies ahead. One reason - CLIMATE.

If we do not deflate the globe is doomed. We have to all consume less, live less and expect less.

Just based on this expect a major deflation cycle to begin in 2007 to 2008 and lasting a good 15 to 25 years.

FYI - gold will not save you, I expect gold no higher than $700 in 2007 and do not expect gold to ever top $900. Gold hates deflation.

Invest in solar......more on that and some ideas to come.

Most everybody on the stock shows on FOX, CNBC and Bloomberg this weekend seems to expect a decent up market in 2007. It depends so much on rates at the long end and to a lesser extent oil prices. If both go up in a big way we can perhaps get a crash 20 years after the last big one?
