Unless things have changed in recent months, I do not understand why they can find value at Cinco Minas when there has already been a scoping study there that was not very positive just of few years ago. Yes silver prices have doubled since then, but they still have a small resource and BGL has not done a lot of work on it since they acquired the property. I will give you the benefit of the doubt since you have been there and seen things I haven't seen. So maybe it is not overvalued.
