The chart misleads- but whether it was posted to mislead, or because the poster posting it genuinely doesn't understand the underlying problem with it, I would not want to speculate. I find ignorance more forgivable than a desire to mislead with false data, so I hope for ignorance, since I find it more innocent. We are all ignorant in some areas, and finding we have been ignorant is no shame- it's the way we learn, right? But to mislead on purpose I find fairly reprehensible, absent compelling circumstances.
