People riding the gravy train of a mania where asset values get detached from fundamentals of free cash flow always seem to get burned. Real Estate in normal times gives you great control with so many avenues open to the individual investor as does the expert TA stock trader who has an exit strategy and can minimize risk/maximize upside.
