Ted, "strawman": Do not put me into the chair of GM within a line of your disturbed post! We are talking about an original USA major corporation and what strategy I and possibly you may believe they pursue. Not what I believe they should do, being Swedish or not. You are spinning it as if GM's management are clever. They are not. This is the third time in 25 years, they are trying to do a remake. And each time it seems to end up the same way: superficial changes that manage to plateau their sales for a year or two before those sales resume their downward spiral. Eventually, they won't have a company to play with anymore......it will be bankrupt.
