And using your data I found that deaths were pretty stable from 1992(pecentage wise)- until 2002- when deaths went to .07 (2002), .099 (2003) and .1337 (2004), percentage wise.

I may have made accounting errors (again), my accounting skills are terrible, but you cannot fail to see the trend- work it out yourself (and I didn't mean that in a snotty way, I just meant "so you can trust the numbers").

So I'm not sure what you think it is your graph shows other than that you can compare apples and oranges and tells us there are different numbers of apples and oranges. In other words, if there is a relationship between your apples and oranges, I'm not seeing it. I'd like to see it, but I don't. Can you explicitly tell me what it is you think your graph shows?
