Oh to have your problem with weight...Mine has been a constant battle since I've hit 39, ahem! Staging is okay, but I'm not into furniture moving and I don't know about Houston, but here in Atlanta, every body and their brother are into staging, and none have studied the first day of their life. Most of it shows too. In order to do a new house, one would almost need a full crew to place furniture, hang drapes and lay big heavy rugs. Just starting out, I don't have that type of money.. Most of the really big builders in Atlanta have their own team of decorators and they buy the furniture and then sell it after the closing of a development.
