LOL they won't cut rates as the economy is already overheated. They are simply going to talk the loonie down by spreading these rumors about rate cuts IMO. I think rates will go sky high as the USD falls completely out of bed and they have to raise rates to support it. If they let the Canadian dollar sink too far there will be huge price inflation here which only means they let the loonie go to hell or they rescue it with high rates.
