The data is not really flawed, just pointless. When asked what the point is, he responds with the data yet one more time. I only found it interesting because it showed the two most common scams people use when they WANT to blinker others:

1) Failure to normalize the data
2) Use of a non-zero Y-axis origin to enlarge the difference

He is correct that anyone looking carefully at the graph will understand the data, but once they do, there remains the question of what is the graph attempting to communicate? That is never usefully stated, at least not in any posts I read, perhaps there were some that I missed.
