If you want to make the point that AMD is a fraud, that might be interesting. To me the more interesting point is what is the effect on INTC stock price.

You are confusing things. Elmer accused AMD of fraud, I argued there is no fraud at all.

As for Intc stock price, see the ihub intel tread of today.

AMDs 65nm-node has very little impact on Intels stockprice. It would have more impact if AMD had not a very competitive 90nm offering in the market outperforming Intels Netburst, which still accounts for a multifold of Core2.
