I've modified my diet a lot... Still enjoy my steak for example... but I just cannot get around a 12 oz anymore... 8 oz does just fine.. Besides my bones are melting so I needed to reduce meat and fish intake as it encourages the leeching of calcium form your bones... Also the BP is a little high... cholesterol is A1 though.. I don't think anything in moderation is a problem... Didn't that chap (I saw an ad for it) that McDonalds has salads also :o)

Sedentary ?... 2 kids, two crazy dogs.. naw.. in fact I'm off to walk them again... (the dogs LOL)

yields...I saw this in video some months back and you know I love these kind of anti mainstream media presentations but I heard it was on TV in Canada last night or tonight??? I thought it was hilarious. Keep in mind though that it is not just the fat overload in the meat and the mayonaise but if you want your BP to go up remember that it is the bread that is the worst offender as it turns instantly to sugar in your mouth before even being swallowed.

The movie was brilliant.
