Yes, I know. The answers offered two options. 1) the 65 nm announcement was fraud. 2) the 65 nm announcement was lies.

Apologysts can argue terms like "marketing" but I think the facts speak for themselves at this point. A month ago AMD claimed immediate availability of systems. None have ever been seen.
