"Ooops...maybe you better reread my post...." I read it. Apportioning the majority of the blame to Clinton is typical of the weaseling of this administration. Junior was asleep at the switch. He was bored with terrorism and wanted to make rogue states his centerpiece. So he wanted to reactivate Star Wars, and downplayed terrorism. He marginalized Clark and ignored the PDBs and other warnings about terrorism. So when he was smacked in the face with 9/11, his administration was caught flat-footed.
