I bought a Remington 700 ADL when I was 14 years old. Parents were in Florida and I was HOME ALONE. Some idiot tried to pick the lock on the back door so I racked one in the chamber. Followed his tracks in the snow for 2 blocks and saw him drive off.

I take that a step further and assume it is constantly firing as a machine gun and you best not point it at anything you don't want to shoot.
