Good thought: problems are difficulties with no apparent solution. They can rob the life of tranquility if allowed to.

The thing about faith is that it sees this life in perspective. For all earthly problems pass away, no matter how hard they are.

Job said, Man is born to trouble as the sparks fly upward. That is a direct result of the treachery of Adam, and our compounding of it. That curse is still in effect and will remain until the restoration of all things at the return of Christ. Then, shall everlasting joy be upon our heads.

Christians are called to set their affections on things above where Christ is and where their true (eternal) life is. In that environment, called Heaven, His good will is done without hindrance. Here, we are to ask that that will be done here as it is done in Heaven. That can only happen when Jesus returns and brings Heaven to earth. Maranatha.

p.s. there is nothing wrong with 1778 either. <g>
