Thats nuts. Why didn't they force everyone on the Atkins diet a few years ago?

In the '70's we were entering a new ice age - now we have global warming.

Anyone see a trend here?

In two years they will probably say trans fats are essential for a healthy life

Geez

New York banned trans fats a couple months back. Starbucks and McDonalds cut it from their franchises on their own.

I've had just about enough of the food police. I'm no rocket scientist but I'm not ignorant either. What I choose to eat or not eat is my business. No one's going to these peoples houses or places of work, kidnapping them, and holding a gun to their heads forcing them to eat out.

You can, cheaply, make a fantastic healthy meal at home. Make enough for leftovers and take them to work.

Families are going ten ways to Sunday now a days. No one has time to cook is what I hear. That's a load of malarkey. You can make something cheap and healthy on the weekends. It doesn't take up the whole weekend to do either. Pressure cookers and crock pots are still available at Wal-Mart.
