Telco iptv set-top box has to feed either analog TV(low resolution high contrast ratio LCD TV) or 16x9 high definition digital TV. Then multi protocol codecs must include Mpeg4 DirecTV version(cross licensing may be required) and satellite radio feeds. SYMM should do well with their new ability to work with all codecs. DSL feeds also uses QAM hardware. Virtualization signal correction maybe an addon advantage in the future of iptv products. data compression table conversion such as ascii 64 bit table design standards need R&D investment partnership.
