I'm not sure but I think it's that Print of a C .. in the 2nd row from the right above the rectangle. That would be a Triple Top BO that failed .. but now it's back to the Bottom Prints on Support.

A Little Lower to 57 and all Heck might break loose.

the c represents dec--and when it hit 64 it put it on a buy signal--the way the chart is now it would take a print of 57 or less to put it back on a sell signal which would be a column of o's that exc eeds the previous column of o's by at least one

Here is a Percentage Chart for PnF that works with most Price Ranges of stocks and will show a Tighter View. This one was given to me by some Most Worthy Piffers.

Puddle Glum or Gloop can explain them better than I.

Target here is 50.70.

<<... you have more proficiency reading P&F charts than I...>>

A highly dubious statement, BC..vbg.....I dabbled in P&F years ago...before all the "refinements" that have since been added.. (guess I've dabbled in just about everything at this point, BC..even Japanese candles!!..LOL) Rarely look at P&F ..and have no idea how StockCharts goes about deriving those targets.

Those charts you posted do not show the decided dip to new lows in the past couple of days...which I think should point to lower...not higher...targets. I rely on USO charts...but they have a very short history...and INO futures charts (not a continuous contract construction...which I have always questioned).

Heres the non-bullish chart of the nearby Feb contract....no support until area you mentioned..
