The sat dishes have their own problems.

Out here I need a line of sight to New Orleans, as that's where the bird is.

Being as far north as we are, we occasionally get ice in the atmosphere which throws the signal out.

99% of the time it's a non-issue. I had DirecTV for about 10 years. ComCast became such a great deal with virtually zero outage so I switched back a few years ago.

Wish I had ComCast out here at my lakehouse. This area has a poor imitation. Been wondering if they are publically traded, as ComCast buys a lot of the little guys.

Only thing is the population density is small. They don't even ship in bottled water.

You know truthfully? It's not very far from here that they sell the water that gets bottled, come to think of it.
