Here is the original post on Saddam Hussein. news.independent.co.uk You say "the CIA don't tell lies". I say "don't be silly, of course they do" not that that proves anything. I do have a strong opinion on the UK governments involvement with Saddam Hussein and bolstering his regime. The UK secret services do tell lies, and are in fact very proud of some of thier lies over history. By the very nature of making a lie convincing, often the public have to be duped too.
